So you’re stalking. First things first: type in name of unsuspecting stalkee.
Now, let’s just stop here for a moment. Please please make sure you type the stalkee’s name in the search bar, and not the what’s on your mind bar.
Should you happen to type the stalkee’s name in the what’s on your mind bar…. well, their name will be your new status update. Oooh, and you really can’t delete that fast enough.
Consider this a public service announcement. Don’t be like me. I’m constantly embarrassed.
Drink you fruits. Ok… this is when you should totally be like me. Just don’t be like me on Facebook.
I know avocados are lovely and beautiful fresh from the market. But… if you’re feeling like a person that wants to turn on the blender…. OH! The wonder!
avocados transform from summer fruit, to cold, drinkable candy.
Mixed with coconut milk and bananas? Too good. Game over.
Well, would you look at that?
Things just got finer.
Blended fruits, juices and milk, topped with shredded coconut.
The avocados will make the smoothie thick and creamy while blending… that just means they’ve gotten cozy.
Tropical Avocado Smoothie
1/2 cup coconut milk (I use so delicious brand)
1/2 cup orange juice or water (I used orange banana pineapple juice)
1/4 cup plain yogurt or greek style (I used a non dairy yogurt that made with coconut milk so delicious brand)
2 ice cubes
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut
Add everything to the blended except for 1 tablespoon of coconut. Blend until smooth. Garnish with remaining coconut and sliced bananas.
