Today is the end of the world…

good thing I made irish cream, lets party before we go!

luckily it takes about 10 minutes to make. If that!

It’s the irish girl in me…

I also made these for gifts for christmas.

This has my enemy sweetened condensed milk in it

BUT that’s a big but I couldn’t even tell after it was blended.

Homemade Baileys Irish Cream 

Adapted from Cupcake Project

1 cup heavy cream

14 ounces sweetened condensed milk

1 2/3 cup Irish whiskey (I used Jameson’s) (just use a good quality)

1 teaspoon instant coffee

2 tablespoons Hershey’s chocolate syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 teaspoon hazelnut extract (optional)

Combine all ingredients in a blender and set on high-speed for 30 seconds. Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. Shake before using. Will keep for up to 2 months
